Our founder
Ikehi Fitness developed from a personal journey of self- discovery. The desire to understand myself, address my truth and face my fears head-on, inspired me to boldly pursue what I once considered a dream.
Understanding that I had the power to effect change was truly empowering and this renewed inner strength made me ready and willing for the challenge ahead. I was at peace. I had found my true purpose and I was eager to help others reach their goals.
Aligning the spiritual, mental and physical is a priceless exercise worth investing in, and at Ikehi Fitness we value the unique freedom this brings. The name Ikehi stands for compassion, creativity, reliability, generosity, loyalty and the love for life. We proudly stand by these values.
