I read an article from the British nutrition foundation regarding healthy eating. I totally agree with their findings. “Healthy eating is about having a balance of different foods and nutrients in your diet for good health and well-being.

They also go on to say no single food or food group can provide everything you need for your optimal health”. Food for thought we shouldn’t forget the importance to have a healthy relationship with food. Many of us battle with processed foods with added sugars. These foods can lead to a spike in our blood glucose which can give us a short-lasting source of energy. This can affect our moods, activity levels and alertness. Food can play a massive part in the way we navigate through our daily lives.

Maybe take a minute and research what you are consuming you might just be surprised.
